Licence terms

The short version of how the Gadget Expert Technician Console is licensed. Nothing here overrides Danish consumer and commercial law.

Trial

Every installation runs a 14-day trial with all features unlocked. No account or payment details are needed. When the trial ends, existing work can still be opened, finished, printed and exported; a licence key is needed to create new jobs.

Licence

One licence covers one shop (one business at one address) on every device that business uses — computers, phones and tablets — for an unlimited number of users.
Licences are sold per month or per year, as published on the pricing section of this site, excluding VAT. A monthly licence can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the paid period.
The licence key is sent by email and entered in the app's Settings. It is checked on the device; no internet connection or account is required.
Updates released while the licence is active are included.

Your data

Everything you enter stays on your own devices and in your own backups. It is yours; the licence never restricts opening, printing or exporting it, also after a licence ends.

Email support at support@gadgetexpert.dk. Yearly licences are answered first.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. We correct reported faults in updates but cannot guarantee it is free of errors; keep regular backups. Liability is limited to the licence fee paid for the current period, to the extent the law allows.
