FAQ

Game consoles: good to know

Can I note which controllers came in?
Yes. Accessories handed in are recorded at check-in, printed on the receipt, and shown again at collection.
Does it track warranty on a repair?
Yes. Set the warranty per job; if the same console comes back within it, the new job is flagged as a possible warranty return.
Can I take photos of the console?
Yes. Photos at check-in record the condition and are kept on the job.
What does it cost?

Do my devices sync?
